That Jesus, our God, might set us apart and cleanse us, His Church, by the washing of the water of His Word.
(Ephesians 5:26 pp.)
Susannah Elizabeth Davis
January 13, 1974 - May 5, 2025
Aged 51, was born January 13, 1974 in Savannah, GA and went home to be with her Lord Jesus on May 5, 2025. Susie was a sunny, loving, and kind person who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Her faith in Jesus Christ was the most important thing to her, and she was always looking for opportunities to share her love for Him with those around her. Despite being born with disabilities, she never let them define her, and always had a positive outlook on life. She was well loved and liked by all who knew her, and she never met a stranger. She will be greatly missed by her family, her friends at the York County Board of Disabilities, and her friends at her church, Calvary Chapel of Rock Hill.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 2:00PM
First Assembly of God
1089 Edwards St. Rock Hill, SC 29732
Attendees are asked to wear bright cheery clothes in honor of Susie’s sunny personality.
Kelsey Hudson
While driving on the interstate, her car suddenly caught on fire. We believe it may have been due to a brake fluid leak, but the exact cause is still unknown. Thank God she is physically okay, but she’s understandably very shaken and emotionally torn up by what happened. She’s a single mom who works hard every day to support her 6-year-old daughter and commute to work in Charlotte. Unfortunately, she only had basic coverage —so this loss has hit her incredibly hard. She’s now left without transportation, and it’s making an already challenging situation even more difficult. I’m asking for help on her behalf to raise funds so she can get back on the road, getting her daughter to school, and herself to work. She truly needs any help and prayers she can get. Any amount would make a difference and be so appreciated. Thank you for your kindness, support, and for sharing this with others.
Ryley Sprouse has begun a GoFundMe on Kelsey's behalf.

Calvary Chapel Rock Hill has started a Discord server for our body to communicate with one another outside the time we physically meet at church. Discuss the bible, share recipes, ask questions. It is a fantastic communication tool that can benefit everyone and bring us closer together as a body.
Come join us as we grow in our faith through the word of God and each other.
Ephesians 4:15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.
Friday Night Prayer Time
NEW TIME
Calvary Chapel of Rock Hill
Prayer time is 5pm - 6pm every Friday
These times are challenging for today's Christian. We see a world that is moving further from God and obsessed with the self. We all need guidance, wisdom, and peace. Something Jesus prayed to the Father for constantly. We will follow this lead.
The world is a busy place and we understand not everyone is able to physically meet on Fridays. So we have a technological alternative.
Free Conference Call .com
It is a free service we are using to allow you to call and participate in our weekly prayer. Available on all platforms, just download or install the app and call in to the prayer group.
339-207-6122
Commit to 5 minutes or the entire hour.
It is not a time to fellowship or socialize, but to come together as a church to pray to our Lord. It is a time for us to commune with God as a group.
We ask that all that can, please join us at the church or stop anywhere you are able, and
Pray.
"For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them."
